Soul Centred Therapeutics provides a sensory experience for body, mind and soul—designed to bring you back to yourself.

Founded by Natasha Smyth, Registered Massage Therapist, intuitive guide and nervous system practitioner with a background in psychology, SCT bridges the space between science, the nervous system and the unseen.

My work is rooted in somatic therapy, fascia informed bodywork, and grief aware care, supporting the body not just physically but emotionally and energetically. SCT provides a safe space where you don’t have to hold it all together. This is never about fixing your body but about helping you understand what it’s been carrying.

Each session is a personalized experience, blending Registered Massage Therapy with Reiki, somatic practices and intuitive insight. Through therapeutic touch, intuitive bodywork, breath and energy, your body is guided out of tension or deregulation and into a place of safety and release. I work with what is present, whether that’s physical pain, emotional overwhelm, stress, grief or something you can’t quite put into words. What begins on the table continues beyond it, with simple integration tools to help you stay connected to your body in everyday life.

Through treatments, mentorship, retreats and virtual sessions, SCT supports those who have been living in constant overwhelm and who feel deeply, helping them come back into their body, their truth and themselves.
