1:1 Soul Mentorship

A private, immersive Reiki certification experience rooted in presence, embodiment and intuitive trust.

This 1:1 mentorship day is intentionally slow, spacious and fully personalized—designed for those who desire a deeper connection to Reiki beyond simply a manual or group settings. You’ll be guided through the foundations of Reiki, energetic awareness, self practice and intuitive sensing, while being supported to build confidence in your own unique way of working with energy.

Our time together includes grounding meditations, somatic practices, hands on Reiki guidance, discussion, reflection and a sacred attunement ceremony. There is space for questions, integration and nervous system safety throughout the day.

This certification honours Reiki as both a healing modality and a personal spiritual practice, supporting self healing, intuitive development and energetic integrity. Many students leave feeling deeply anchored, open and connected to themselves in a new way.

This offering is ideal for those who prefer private mentorship, embodied learning and intuitive exploration rather than a traditional classroom format.

1:1 Reiki Certification Day

A 2+ hour signature experience designed to change your life. A deeply restorative full body treatment for the person who feels like they’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like themselves. 

Soul therapy meets, your subconscious, energy and intuitive bodywork. A treatment for the whole self: body, mind and soul. This deeply immersive journey weaves together guided meditation, full body massage, energy healing, intuitive guidance and channeled mediumship messages to support profound release and reconnection. With essential oils, sound healing and restorative rituals throughout, each session is uniquely led by what your body and energy need. You’ll leave grounded, expanded and deeply held. A written or recorded session summary is included and emailed following your session.

Created for those navigating grief, burnout, emotional heaviness, chronic stress, trauma, or deep disconnection from self, this treatment offers more than relaxation. It offers a space to slow down, feel supported and reconnect with yourself again.

The Soul Centred Experience

A true somatic experience.

A 90 minute full body reset designed to release tension where it’s been held the longest.

Beginning with gentle, clothed somatic and fascial unwinding, this experience flows seamlessly into intuitive massage and energy work on the table. Grounding, restorative, and deeply regulating, it supports nervous system healing, softens protective holding patterns, and helps the body move out of survival mode.

Designed for those carrying chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, chronic stiffness, feeling "tight", physical discomfort, or deep fatigue, this treatment invites the body into a deeper state of release and reconnection.

Finished with a warm hot towel cocoon and a personalized post-session write up inspired by the principles of The Body Keeps the Score, including insights into how stress, trauma and emotions may be stored within the body alongside supportive somatic practices for reflection and integration.

The Deep Exhale

A 75 minute invitation to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.

Designed for those seeking a gentler introduction to the Soul Centred Therapeutics Experience, this restorative treatment blends upper body massage, Reiki, guided somatic meditation, sound healing, and nervous system support to encourage deep relaxation for both body and mind.

Warm essential oils, grounding touch, and hot towel cocoons create space for the body to settle while a single card pull offers a soft moment of reflection and intention to close your session.

Unlike the Soul Centred Treatment, The Pause is designed to be lighter, quieter and purely restorative in nature. Please note there are no channeled mediumship messages included outside of your card reading.

Perfect for those craving stillness, stress relief, emotional reset and a moment to simply breathe and receive.

Each session begins by listening to you, to your body, to your energy and to what feels most needed in this moment. From there, your treatment unfolds organically. Techniques are blended seamlessly, flowing between relaxation, deep therapeutic and fascial release, focused work and nervous system support.

Some areas may need slow unwinding, others deeper attention and some moments might just need stillness. No two sessions are ever the same.

This is responsive, deeply therapeutic and intuitive massage therapy that meets your body exactly where it is and guides it gently back toward balance.

This enhancement offers personalized voice note and chat support with Natasha for 5 days following your session, all through the Telegram app. Whether you’re processing emotional insights, needing gentle accountability or simply want someone to check in with as things surface, this container is here to hold you.

A deeply intuitive and supportive space to explore the unseen layers of your experience. This work may gently open into areas such as spirit baby connections, miscarriage support, supporting loved ones through dementia or cognitive decline, or connecting with energy and/or loved ones beyond the physical in a grounded, respectful way, always led by your intention and what feels aligned for you.
